Eternal God, your covenant lasts forever. In faith we pray: Sun of Justice, come and shine on us.

Help us to reflect on your gift of love, and open our hearts to receive your gift of contemplation.

Sun of Justice, come and shine on us.

Favor and bless the encounters between people who are homeless or hungry and those who serve them.

Sun of Justice, come and shine on us.

Console those who mourn this season, and lead them to find support and friendship.

Sun of Justice, come and shine on us.

Our Father . . .

May the tender mercy of our God break upon us and fulfill our hopes in the coming of our Savior Jesus Christ. Amen
