Christ Jesus, you are the image of the unseen God. In faith we pray: Show us your face, O Lord.

Strengthen us to recognize you in those whom we find difficult to forgive or challenging to love.

Show us your face, O Lord.

Heal our broken world, and lead us to care for one another and for the earth as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Show us your face, O Lord.

Fulfill the hopes of those who have died with their hearts fixed on you.

Show us your face, O Lord.

Our Father . . .

May God lift us from where we have fallen and transform us by the revealing light of Christ. Amen.
