Saving God, you are our refuge in times of distress and unrest. In faith we pray: Sustain our hope, O God.

You are our salvation: help us to stop violence in the home, the workplace, and the public sector.

     Sustain our hope, O God.

You are our glory: restore respect for life at all stages of development, from conception to death.

     Sustain our hope, O God.

You are the vine grower: instill patience, understanding, and compassion in all who have been entrusted with nurturing and educating children.

     Sustain our hope, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God look upon us with kindness and fill our hearts with the peace of Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
