Morning Intercessions

God of salvation, in Jesus you shepherd your flock. With trust in your care we pray: God, in your love, hear our prayer.

Pour your grace and peace upon the people in Uganda and all your Church as we commemorate Charles Lwanga and all martyrs.

God, in your love, hear our prayer.

Help us to end all wars and the production of nuclear and chemical weapons.

God, in your love, hear our prayer.

Uphold efforts to protect the dignity of all of life, from conception throughout all stages of development.

God, in your love, hear our prayer.

Our Father . . .

May God strengthen us to confess in our hearts and by our lives that Jesus Christ is Lord, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
