Evening Intercessions

Revealing God, in Christ Jesus you show us the depth of your love. In faith we pray: Teach us your ways, O God.

You provide bread for the hungry: help us to reach out to the homeless and hungry in our communities.

Teach us your ways, O God.

You protect the stranger: guard the well-being of refugees, immigrants, and unaccompanied migrant children.

Teach us your ways, O God.

You uphold the orphan and widow: secure the needs of those who have lost loved ones in war, disaster, or storm.

Teach us your ways, O God.

Our Father . . .

May the God of our ancestors sustain our hope, strengthen us in fidelity, and guard us in peace, through Jesus our brother. Amen.
