Morning Intercessions

Morning Intercessions

God of salvation, in Jesus you destroy death forever. As we celebrate Earth Day, we pray to you in hope: Mighty God, hear us.

Make your Church an effective advocate for reducing climate change and adapting to a changing climate.

     Mighty God, hear us.

Inspire conservationists, environmentalists, and those who educate us about the complexities of our planet.

     Mighty God, hear us.

Open our minds, hearts, and voices in praise and gratitude for the beauty of the natural world.

     Mighty God, hear us.

Our Father . . .

May God bless and keep us, fill us with wisdom and give us peace, through Jesus our brother. Amen.
