Evening Intercessions

Ever-living God, your words are Spirit and life. In hope we pray: O God, come to our assistance.

Help us to extol your love through our deeds and encounters with one another.

O God, come to our assistance.

Stir the imagination of all believers so that we may behold your presence in one another and in the natural world.

O God, come to our assistance.

Strengthen hospice workers and all who sit with the dying.

O God, come to our assistance.

Our Father . . .

May the God of hope fill us with all joy and peace in believing, that by the power of the Holy Spirit we may abound in hope. Amen.
