Morning Intercessions

You are currently viewing Morning Intercessions

Liberating God, you display your faithful love to all who call upon you in trust. We humbly pray: Lead us to your light, O God.

Help your Church attend to the needs of the poor, the orphan, and the widow.

Lead us to your light, O God.

Anoint world leaders with peaceful and wise hearts, and prosper the work of justice and peace.

Lead us to your light, O God.

Instill deacons, priests, and bishops with love for the people they serve.

Lead us to your light, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God, who blessed St. Lawrence with a love for the poor, make us loving and just in every way, by the power of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
