Morning Intercessions

God of justice and love, you bid us to seek peace and pursue it. In hope we pray: Show us mercy, O God.

For victims of racial discrimination, hate crimes, or bullying, we pray:

Show us mercy, O God.

For those who suffer violation, betrayal, or exploitation, we pray:

Show us mercy, O God.

For those who have been wounded or killed by acts of terrorism or violence, we pray:

Show us mercy, O God.

Our Father . . .

May God turn hate to love, violence to peace, and darkness to light, through Jesus, who is our way, our truth, and our life. Amen.
