Evening Intercessions

You are currently viewing Evening Intercessions

God of steadfast love, you deliver us from evil and rescue us in our distress. In faith we pray: God, come to our aid.

Restore life and wholeness to communities destroyed by storm, tragedy, or war.

     God, come to our aid.

Help us to contain the spread of viruses, and unite efforts to help those who suffer economic hardship due to COVID-19.

     God, come to our aid.

Inspire us to heal division and to unite in efforts to respect life in all its stages, from conception to natural death.

     God, come to our aid.

Our Father . . .

May God strengthen us to listen with humble hearts and speak the truth in love, through Jesus our shepherd. Amen.
